I appreciated its staff and rooms, amazing building. The room was with a shower & bathtub. Lots of food at breakfast, such as cookies and cheese.

The hotel was fairly clean, outstanding and had very good staff and rooms. Having breakfast with cookies and cheese was a nice bonus.

Rooms with bathtub. Staff were customer-oriented and outstanding, everything was beautiful. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location next to all big attractions and a great grocery store and the shops.

Really great place for vacation. The room was trendy and huge with great beds, and the location was perfect. The view from my room was fantastic. The food was good with lots of choice! Chess in the lobby, convenient.

This place was clean and had pleasant rooms and staff. Walking distance from bus station - 10 mins. Loved a seating area, a writing table and ironing facilities in the room.

Hip new place, good beds, extremely helpful staff. The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was non-smoking. The location was easy, at a near distance from The Island in Pigeon Forge Amusement Park. Property's restaurant was excellent and with tasty food. Superb customer service too. Besides, parking was available on site.

Nice place to stay, didn't want to leave. Tidy, cheery hotel, amazing value. I had recently renovated queen studio with bathtub and a shower, as example. It had good lighting. There also was free parking and very clean pool.

We think it's a great base for staying in Pigeon Forge;))

There was no toilet paper.

Location really close to alcatraz east crime museum and easy access to kroger. A short walk to Chocolate Monkey, where you can have lunch. Very clean and well-kept place.

large room with all necessities. alamo steak house, set within 25 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
